For a long time, I wasn’t trying to teach anything. I was simply trying to understand my own patterns. Why certain habits kept repeating. Why change made sense in theory but felt difficult in real life.
That curiosity slowly turned into a way of living. Today, alongside my partner Nina, I travel the world while building a life of creative work through Zen & Bae. We write, create, film, and move through different cultures while navigating the same challenges most people face. Work, relationships, and staying grounded while everything is in motion. What I share here comes from living inside those questions.
Most self improvement advice focuses on effort and motivation. Do more. Push harder. Stay disciplined.
What it often misses is what’s happening underneath. Where attention drifts., how habits quietly reinforce themselves, and how emotional patterns shape decisions long before we’re ever aware of them.
This work focuses on understanding that layer by taking a mindful approach, used in a way to help see what is happening more clearly. To help us slow down automatic reactions, and make more intentional choices in everyday life.
Here you’ll find writing, conversations, courses, and coaching designed to support lasting change through awareness, clarity, and learning how to work with your mind instead of constantly pushing against it.
There are a few ways to engage with this work:
– Reading the books
– Listening to the podcast
– Exploring the courses as they launch
– Working one on one through coaching
If you’d like a deeper introduction to this way of understanding change, the book Change Happens Now is a good place to begin. It lays out the ideas behind this work in a clear, thoughtful way and gives you space to explore them at your own pace.
